MPLS can be used to connect devices within the same office or across the world. It can be managed from any computer system on the network. You can also add new devices or computers to the MPLS VPN system by logging in to the network with correct information.
Where is MPLS used?
MPLS is used in Virtual Private Networks and Traffic Engineering. It helps in maintaining the standards of label switching. Frame Relay, ATM and LAN are label switched technologies and MPLS is a more efficient technology among of all these.
