Certain airplanes need spacious dwelling without interior columns and hindrances, others need large openings etc. In some other cases, airplane hangars with bi-parting are required, which have large widths incorporated in their designs. Usually, what remain common to the designs of airplane hangars are vaulted roofs or parabolic arches. Airplane Hangars with provision for fixing the wings of airplanes are also available.

Airplane Hangars when first appeared on the horizon, were basically bland dome like structures used to store airplanes and aircrafts during World Wars and other battles. However, as time and technology grew, airplane hangars, also graduated from being a simple storage building to a structure of great assistance and utility. Therefore, airplane hangars can be undoubtedly hailed as construction marvels.
